See All Your Workouts in amp

What is this feature?

amp’s Activity tab now shows more than just your amp workouts. If you have Apple Health enabled, workouts from your other apps and devices will automatically appear in your Activity tab alongside your amp sessions.

How does it work?

  1. In the amp app, go to Profile > Gear icon > Health and follow the prompts to enable Apple Health.

  2. Make sure your other fitness apps and devices (like Strava, Garmin, or Peloton) are also connected to Apple Health.

  3. Once both are connected, supported external activities will appear in your Activity tab.

  4. Tap any external activity to see a detail view — including a route map (when available) and workout metrics.

Who can use it?

This feature requires Apple Health to be enabled in the amp app. It’s available for users who train with other apps or devices that connect to Apple Health.

Common questions

Why aren’t my workouts from another app showing up?

Both your other app and amp need to be connected to Apple Health. Check that Apple Health is enabled in amp (Profile > Gear icon > Health) and that your other app is set up to share data with Apple Health as well.

Does amp connect directly to Strava, Garmin, or Peloton?

Not directly. amp pulls activity data through Apple Health — so as long as your other apps and devices are sharing data with Apple Health and amp is connected, your workouts will show up in the Activity tab.

Can other amp users see my external workouts?

No — your imported activities and any route maps are visible to you only.

Does this work on Android?

This feature uses Apple HealthKit, which is available on iOS only.
