How to Activate Your amp Membership

Ready to train? Here's how to get your membership active and your first workout started.

Before you start, you'll need:

  • Your amp device

  • The email address you used when you purchased

  • A payment method

How to activate

  1. Open the amp app and tap Get Started or Sign In.

  2. Follow the onboarding flow to connect your device.

  3. On the membership screen, tap Get amp Pro now.

  4. Tap Continue on the prompt — you'll finish checkout on the amp website.

  5. Complete your purchase, then return to the app. Your access will update within a few minutes.

💡 Already purchased a subscription?

Tap ☝️ I have an amp subscription instead. Enter the email you used at checkout — we'll send a verification link to that address. Click it and both emails will be linked to your account automatically.


Frequently Asked Questions

What if I used a different email to purchase?

No problem. Enter your purchase email in the claim flow and we'll send a verification link to confirm. Once verified, both emails are linked and you can use either one going forward. Need help tracking down which email you used? Contact our support team.

How long does activation take?

Usually a few minutes. If your access hasn't updated after 10 minutes, close and reopen the app. Still not working? Reach out to our support team.

Do I need a subscription if I'm being added to a household?
